Our Hidden Street Tour has been a popular visitor attraction since tours began in 2017. The Shoebox Experiences have grown rapidly since then, offering a wide choice of different experiences from a thrilling underground escape game, to historic venue and walking tours.
We currently have six different experiences with more exciting developments planned for 2023 and beyond. And with all these new experiences, there’s a need to grow our Shoebox Experiences Team!

The role of Experience Host
As an Experience Host, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer experiences, working under your own supervision, hosting both venue historical tours, and acting as gamemaster for the escape game. Your role is to ensure the best possible customer experience from the moment the customer arrives, throughout their experience, and to the moment they leave.
