Our personalised eGift Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of delivery.

eGift Vouchers can be used to book any of our exciting and unique Shoebox Experiences including our popular Hidden Street Tours, walking tours and exhilarating Secrets of the Tunnels escape game.

We are pleased to confirm our Hidden Street Tour and Secrets of the Tunnels will now run until at least 31st December 2026. We have exciting plans to bring more new tours and immersive experiences to Norwich where you can continue to explore Norwich’s rich history and make great memories together. eGift voucher policy

• All new gift vouchers purchased from 1st February 2024 will be valid against any experience for one year.

We had previously amended our gift voucher terms in response to the uncertainty about our Castle Meadow lease. Therefore:

•  all new gift vouchers purchased from 1st November 2023 to 31st January 2024 are valid against any experience for two years rather than one.
• as at 31st March 2024, if you are the recipient of an unused eGift voucher that expires between 1st April and 31st October 2024, we will automatically be extending these by a further year.

PDF eGift voucher

Your PDF eGift voucher will have a personal message from you and be automatically emailed directly to the recipient on the date you choose, or if you wish to deliver it personally, you can put your own email address in as ‘Recipient Email’ and print the eGift voucher at home to pop into a card.
