Large, open-plan function room available for hire in our delightful community hub and events venue in the heart of Norwich city centre.
The bright and welcoming space is flexible and can meet a range of needs:

Our event space at The Shoebox has a seating capacity of around 25 people and a standing capacity of 30 people.
Situated on the first floor, it offers a beautiful space to suit your needs, whether the event is a training, a celebration, a film screening, an annual general meeting or even a speed dating session!
The room is equipped with a projector, built-in sound system and screen. Free WiFi is also available.
Tea, coffee and freshly baked cakes (subject to availability) from our self-service refreshments area can be added to your booking for an additional fee per person.
Availability for our event space varies and is dependent on other activities taking place in the building. Please contact us to discuss your needs and we will do what we can to accommodate your booking.

Unfortunately, our wonky Grade II listed building is not wheelchair accessible and our meeting spaces are set over multiple floors. If you have any questions about our spaces and how accessible they are, please get in touch. We would be happy to send photographs or videos of the stairs involved in navigating the building and discuss how we can make our spaces as accessible as possible.
