Meeting room hire

A bright, inspiring meeting room available for hire in our delightful community venue in the heart of Norwich city centre.

Our meeting room seats up to 12 people and is situated on the second floor of The Shoebox.

Free WiFi is available.

Tea and coffee is available from our self-service refreshments area and can be added to your booking for an additional fee per person or paid on the day.

Our meeting room is available to hire from Monday – Friday, 9.30-5.30pm.

We may be able to accommodate hires outside of our advertised times but this will be subject to staff availability and an additional charge may be required to facilitate this. Please add a note to your enquiry form or get in touch to discuss your requirements.

 Rates:

Hourly hire – £20 per hour
Morning hire (9.30am-1.30pm) – £70
Afternoon hire (1.30pm-5.30pm – £70
Full day hire 9.30-5.30pm – £135

Unfortunately, our wonky Grade II listed building is not wheelchair accessible and our meeting spaces are set over multiple floors. If you have any questions about our spaces and how accessible they are, please get in touch. We would be happy to send photographs or videos of the stairs involved in navigating the building and discuss how we can make our spaces as accessible as possible.
