On the second and fourth Wednesday of every month join this friendly and welcoming group for people who live with the diagnosis of M.E., Chronic Fatigue, Fibromyalgia and chronic pain. Come along and share your experiences, make connections and gain support from others.

Bridges Creative Writing Group

Creative writing group for people who have had, or are experiencing, mental health problems. Bring along any sort of writing to share and discuss. Take part in lively discussion and energetic writing exercises. Honesty box provided for drinks. Maximum of 9 people. Option to take part online as well as in person.

The Bridge Social Group

A social group for young adults (18-30 year olds) moving between services or who are ready to make changes and require some support.
Everyone is welcome, no referral is needed. The Bridge is a member-led community group.

Gamerados – Board Games Group
1st & 3rd Thursday of the month @ 1.30pm-3.30pm
2nd & 4th Thursday of the month @ 6pm – 9pm
Gamerados gets together to play board games in a fun, friendly setting! They embrace the principles of the Camerados movement:
1) It is okay to fail – We are all a bit rubbish sometimes
2) Mix with people who don’t look like you
3) If we disagree, level with each other respectfully
4) Don’t try to fix other people, just be alongside them
5) If someone is struggling, try asking them to help you. This can give people purpose.
6) Always remember… have fun!
