We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be welcoming, organised, and capable of handling a diverse range of tasks, contributing to the vibrant and collaborative atmosphere of The Shoebox Enterprises.

We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, who is process-driven and passionate about making a difference in communities.

Responsibilities include:

  • coordinating and supporting front-of-house operations, and supervising a Hub Administrator, ensuring the seamless day-to-day functioning of our community hub, projects, tours, and experiences.
  • ensuring our hub members, room hirers, customers, and visitors receive a warm welcome and that they leave delighted with their experience at The Shoebox.
  • handling general customer enquiries and managing the booking process for room and venue hire, tours and experiences.
  • assisting with social impact monitoring, basic bookkeeping, budget monitoring and reporting.

The role is full time with a salary of £25,350 – £26,325 (based on experience) and is based at The Shoebox Community Hub in Norwich.
