At The Shoebox, our community is built on relationships, shared experiences and the everyday moments that bring people together. Each year, we take time to look back and reflect on the difference we’re making together – and your voice is an important part of that.
We’ve launched our Shoebox Community Feedback Survey 2025, inviting members to share their experiences from the past year and help us understand what’s working well and what we can learn for the future.
Whether you’ve been popping in regularly, supporting groups, volunteering, or simply enjoying being part of the community, your reflections help us build a clearer picture of the impact The Shoebox has on people’s lives.
Why your reflections matter
Taking time to reflect helps us to:
- celebrate the connections, confidence and fulfilment that grow through our community
- understand what members and volunteers value most
- improve our groups, activities and shared spaces
- evidence our impact to funders and meet our responsibilities as a social enterprise
Most importantly, it helps ensure The Shoebox continues to be a welcoming place where people feel connected, supported and able to thrive.
How to take part
The survey takes around 5-10 minutes and focuses on your experience of The Shoebox during 2025.
You can:
- complete the survey online, or
- fill in a paper copy at our community hubs in Norwich and Great Yarmouth and hand it back to a member of the team
As a thank you, everyone who completes the survey can choose to be entered into a prize draw to win a £30 Amazon voucher.
